Can you help us choose a block of land before we buy?
Yes — and we highly recommend it. Many aspects of a block, such as slope, soil, orientation, easements and setback requirements, can significantly affect the design and cost of your home. By reviewing the block before you purchase, we can help you avoid unexpected expenses and ensure the land is suitable for your vision.
