ABOUT TAPIA HOMES
Built on experience.
Driven by family.
Craftsmanship, care and more than 30 years of building experience — delivered with a personal touch.
THE TAPIA HOMES FAMILY
A smaller builder.
A closer relationship.
Tapia Homes is run by husband-and-wife team Alex and Karina Tapia. As a boutique Melbourne builder, we offer a personal, transparent and attentive approach that larger volume builders simply cannot.
That means direct communication, careful oversight and people who genuinely know your project — from the first conversation through to handover.
WHO WE ARE
Experience built over decades.
Alex brings more than 30 years of hands-on building experience to Tapia Homes, combining technical knowledge with the personal oversight that comes from working with a boutique family builder.
Backed by formal qualifications in Building Surveying and Project Management — and full registration with the Building Commission — Alex ensures every home is built to the highest standards.
